Senior Sales Engineer- Control System and Electrical Solution

    As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving
    client-facing sales for New Units in Spain. Your responsibilities will
    encompass the development and implementation of effective sales strategies to
    achieve business objectives, managing key accounts, and nurturing robust
    customer relationships.



    How You’ll Make an Impact 

    ·      
    Take the ownership and leadership
    of sales for the Spanish new-built power plants sector, focusing on Control,
    Digitalization, and Electrical solutions opportunities.

    ·      
    Develop and implement a grow
    strategy for the Spanish new-built market.

    ·      
    Secure and exceed annual Order
    Entry/Profitability Targets.

    ·      
    Generate and evaluate sales
    leads, fostering pipeline growth and developing new business opportunities. Maintain
    accurate records in the company CRM (Salesforce).

    ·      
    Responsible for the complete
    sales process, from identifying opportunities to contract signing and handover
    to the delivery team. Ensuring the strict adherence
    to Siemens Energy processes and compliance requirements.

    ·      
    Collaborate with other Siemens
    Energy business and countries to deliver customized offers and solutions to
    meet the customer’s needs.

    ·      
    Lead approval processes within
    the business, coordinating with operational departments to determine the best
    solutions for our customers.

    ·      
    Stay up to date with industry
    trends and developments.

    ·      
    Provide accurate sales
    forecasts for the assigned sector/accounts.

    ·      
    To empathize with customer
    viewpoint and identify key drivers that add value to them.



    What You Bring

    ·      
    A degree in
    Engineering, preferably in Industrial/Electrical.

    ·      
    A minimum of 8
    years of experience in a sales role, ideally within the power generation sector.

    ·      
    Experience with
    End Customer & EPC, preferably in control, digitalization & electrical
    solutions.

    ·      
    Deep understanding
    in Control Systems, Electrical Balance of Plant (BoP) and Power Generation
    markets.

    ·      
    A team player with
    excellent communication abilities, capable of successfully communicating with
    customers, peers, and team members at various levels.

    ·      
    High skills for
    collaborative work among diverse teams and different countries, ability to
    create good team environment and be a key part to motivate it towards the
    common and individual objectives.

    ·      
    Good analytical
    and problem-solving skills. Growing mentality, open to constantly learn and try
    new ways.

    ·      
    Ability to work in
    an accurate and structured way, and capability to be self-supporting (able to
    work without supervision) and quickly learn new concepts.

    ·      
    Availability to
    travel around Spain.

    ·      
    High written and
    spoken English skills.

    ·      
    Sales Force
    knowledge is a plus.
