    Summer job – Mechanical Design/Materials Engineer

    Siemens Energy Maritime and Offshore Center (M&OC) is a world leader in the development and production of power solutions for ships and offshore installations. This position is for Customer Order Engineering team based in Trondheim, Norway responsible for customizing the products and solutions suitable for each customer needs.

    Job Requirements

    • Pursuing bachelor or master’s in mechanical engineering – Engineering Design/ Materials Engineering

    • Knowledge using of Ansys and some programming knowledge is desirable but not mandatory

    • Able to perform hand calculations and analysis.

    • Should be willing to work on prototype testing and write test reports.

    • Team player and eager to work on challenging tasks.

    • You communicate well orally and written in English, any other Scandinavian language is an advantage.

    • Work Location: Trondheim.

    Workation – Summerjob for students in Trondheim

     Siemens Energy AS is part of the business project Workation in Trondheim, which offers a unique summer program for all students who get a job in the 20 participating companies.
