A 12 month interim assignment for an experienced Supply Chain Specialist within the Pharmaceutical sector.
We are partnering with a global pharmaceutical client who is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Specialist for their EMEA operations, based out of their offices in Heathrow area.
They are looking for experienced individuals in managing and reporting logistics, distribution and supply chain activity across their EMEA region for their medicines and vaccinations. Working with various stakeholders across the group to ensure successful supply to markets.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Quality evaluation of Purchase Orders in compliance with Distribution Agreements
- System Price Maintenance
- Maintain 5 year rolling commercial forecast in collaboration with distributors & Commercial Lead
- Minimise forecast variance
- On-boarding of new distribution partners
- System setup of new client ship to locations
- Manage NPI within EECA & NGO
- Manage open order book in collaboration with stakeholders to achieve OTIF
- Chair weekly meetings with Commercial Leads to review open order book & escalations
- Reporting & Analysis of regional activity
- Run Basic SAP Reports
- Adherence to SOPs & GMP/GDP Regulations
- Review, Update and maintained SOPs and Work Instructions
- Support the activities for regional distributor tenders.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Administrative skills specializing in order management, logistics, supply chain management
- Develops solutions to a variety of routine as well as moderately complex problems.
- Demonstrates good organizational skills and verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to spend majority of time working independently with little guidance using well-defined procedures.
- Experience in writing SOPs
- SAP Experience is required
- Advanced Excel Skills
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- In depth experience in Microsoft Excel is a must (tables, arrays, formulas, conditional formatting)
- Demonstrated experience working in a regulated industry will be beneficial
- Experience in working in ERP systems on an order management level and pulling reports is a MUST
- Background in a Supply Chain or international trade role with experience in cold chain pharmaceutical Logistics and Good Distribution Practices
- Supply Chain & Logistics Experience.
