    Permanent: Full/Part Time  

    £9.18ph

    Working as part of a friendly team, headed up by service manager Paige and senior support workers Dave and Scott who provide a full and thorough induction into the service which supports vulnerable adults within a homely environment that makes them feel safe and secure. 

    You will be provided with a significant amount of time to shadow your team members to ensure you understand the required approach and the leadership team will spend time with you on a one to one basis and coach you along the way to help you progress.

    As a Support Worker you play a vital part in providing the people we support with care and are able to profoundly improve their quality of life. You will assist people who are unable to live independently by offering them the practical help they need, as well as emotional support.

    You do not need to have experience to be a Support Worker, although a basic level of English and Maths is required. We employ our Support Workers based on their values.
