Contract / Shifts available: full time, part time or bank

Your role is to:
- Support people in achieving their goals and ambitions
- Planning and engaging in activities such as going for walks, going shopping, baking and day trips out
- Make a positive contribution to the lives of others
- Prompting and/or supporting personal care
