    Join us at Woburn Hill, Anglesey, which is a newly refurbished 6 bed residential service providing 24/7 support for adults aged 18+ with mental health needs, Autism, and additional complex needs and provides an active support model and outcome-based activities.

    Location: Anglesey, Cemaes Bay, LL67 

    Permanent: Full time and part time available

    Rate: £9.50ph
