    Are you looking for permanent Weekend work as a Support Worker in the Holbeach area? Yes, then come and join us today.  We are offering Weekend shifts on a permanent basis, hours will be AM/PM or long days.  You really do not need to have any previous experience within care as we will give you all of the training and support that you need to become a fabulous support worker.  What you will need is to be a kind, caring and patient person who loves to spend time with people.

    What does a support worker do?  No two days ever look the same.  You’ll be supporting people with anything and everything including; personal care, arts and crafts, gardening, shopping, cooking, cleaning, attending appointments, activities in the community, going on holiday or even just going out for a walk and grabbing a cuppa.  You could think of it as less of a job and more of just supporting someone with their day to day life!

    Hourly Rate: £8.91

    Additional information: Roman House is a supported living service for male adults aged 17+ with autism spectrum conditions, moderate and severe learning difficulties and epilepsy. Roman House’s philosophy is one of person-centred support which gives choice and independence which enables people to develop and maintain skills to give them opportunities and freedom to be as independent as possible.

    Roman House has been completely refurbished to provide 6 self-contained flats within a large building which has allowed for additional communal areas as well. All the flats have been finished to a high standard and the focus of the service is to encourage and develop individual skills.

    You do not need to have experience to be a Support Worker, although a basic level of English and Maths is required. We employ our Support Workers based on their values.
