    About you, and the role of Teaching Assistant:

    • The ideal candidate will be able to establish a warm, caring and supportive relationship with pupils in order to support them feeling safe and enabling them to enjoy and learn during their time at the School.
    • Your role will be mainly managing the classes behaviour as well as offering academic and pastoral support
    • Provide an up to date enhanced DBS.
    • You will be passionate and extremely dedicated about working with young people with SEN and other learning difficulties.
    • You will have a drive to promote and encourage independence and personal development.
    • Be approachable and have the needed attributes to engage with SEN students.
    • To promote pupils’ cognitive, social, emotional, behavioural, physical development and well-being.
