Material and accessories in MyMALL - Orders
in general via SAP - ADMINISTRATIVE TASK
- Creation
of IT assets - Managing
the assets of the company allocated to employees - Onboarding
and offboarding of employees - Maintenance
of the official documentation of the company - Support
with in-person and Teams meetings scheduling and planning - Producing
and updating PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets - TRAVEL
- Support
with travel requests (book flights, hotels, expenses…) - Support
with internal requirements/procedures such as visas, taxes, social
security, etc. - Coordination
and support with our Global Mobility Delegation centre in Prague - Support
to the Financial Team in regards to travel expenses, etc.
What You Bring
- Be flexible
to solve problems in a quick and effective matter. - Fluent
in English language in writing and speaking. - Able to
work under pressure and capacity to multitasking. - Resilient,
communicative personality, Empathy and Team-working skills - Good
knowledge of Office 365

Our Gas
Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and
decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines
under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities
through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
