EVP Global Functions
The role will be responsible for the recruitment, development, and management of site personnel. The overall duties of this role will include but not be limited to the onboarding of new employees, yearly performance reviews jointly with the Line Managers in Germany and the Head of SE CH EU EC, time sheets and travel expenses management, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Recruitment of site engineers (on request and jointly with respective discipline Line Manager)
- Support in onboarding and introduction of new employees
- Yearly performance review (jointly with Line Manager)
- Team development management (jointly with Line Manager)Support in training management
- Productivity management
- Travel expenses approval and support for the delegates
- Timesheets management
- Work clothes and work tools administration
- Office management and other administrative tasks
- Process improvements
- Implementation of relevant procedures, guidelines, and instructions
- The role will report to the Head of EC
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s
degree - Very
good communication skills with a team player mindset - IT
literate (outlook, office 365 environment) - Strong
organizational skills (time management, attention to details, analytical
thinking) - High
motivation to develop new ideas, fast learner, quick adaption to the
environment and deep diving ability - Strong
leadership and communication skills, result oriented - A
minimum of 5 years of work experience, minimum 6 months seniority in the company on the current role - Fluency
in English, both written and spoken - Previous experience of leading or supervising a team
- Technical
background (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Engineering, or similar)
