As a Technical Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you’ll be partnering closely with the Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role as the essential link between engineering, internal partners, manufacturing, procurement, and testing teams. How You Can Make a Difference

Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and supervising the progress of plans against project breakthroughs and budgets.

Providing technical and analytical mentorship to the project team.

Ensuring alignment to quality standards and review of project work you’re doing.

Analyzing and documenting requirements by collaborating closely with a range of users in the organization.

Defining and discussing project concepts with internal partner, based on contract specifications.

Ordering and following up on status of all required equipment for the project.
What You Bring to the Table
-
A University degree in automation, control technology, electrical engineering, or equivalent technical education with relevant industry experience.

Some background in engineering or commissioning electrical and control systems, coupled with technical project management expertise.

Prior 1 – 2 years’ experience in technical project management roles within small to medium-sized customer projects.

Proficient written and spoken English; knowledge of German is valued; additional language skills are a plus.

Ability to keep focus on all times to assure high quality in the work you deliver.

Exceptional communication, empathy, and strong team spirit along with initiative, result orientation, decisiveness, and organizational skills.
