Technical Support Engineer



    Technical Support Engineer 12 month FTC Up to £45,000 Hybrid London

    This role is based on-site 2-3 days a week in Central London


    • Supporting the organisation’s users and applications
    • Configuring, installing and troubleshooting applications
    • Providing AV support
    • Incident management
    • Providing training to the IT team
    • Dealing with hardware moves and setups
    • Occasional weekend work (One weekend every 5 weeks)

    Candidate Requirements

    • Consulting or legal background
    • Supporting a user base of 50+
    • Supporting MS Office and 365 products
    • Supporting MS Cloud services
    • Active Directory administration
    • Experience with Cisco IP Telephony systems
    • Understanding of LAN/WAN
