Temporary Administrator
Excellent opportunity within a friendly business in Stonehouse, for an administrator to join the team in a temporary contract expected to last around 1 month.
The main purpose of the Administrator role is to ensure the effective planning, co-ordination and delivery of internal and external training across the business.
Full training will be provided on the role and processes. Free onsite parking and early Friday finishes also on offer!
Responsibilities:
– General administration, filing and paperwork
– Keep up to date records on company system

Alongside colleagues, administer course bookings and training programmes.
– Administer reporting and KPI requirements as required.
– Support the wider team with business related projects and programmes as required.
Candidate Attributes:
– Previous office or administration experience ideal
– Well organised
– Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Salary
– £12.99 per hour (wages to be paid weekly)
Hours
– Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm (Early Finish !)
