    About the role

    This role will report into the Operations Manager and support the BPO offshore payroll team until stabilisation.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    1.Admin Support on advanced payroll processing, to include: 

    • Manual calculations
    • Retro pay
    • Maternity/adoption pay/shared paternity
    • Paternity
    • Leavers – redundancy/settlement payments/holiday pay
    • Sick absences (all schemes – SSP & CSP)
    • General UK admin work – post/AEO etc.

    2.             Additional checking in these areas

    3.            Verification of test results – design the test scenarios required for tested for change –i.e. new wage types

    4.             Second line support – Ticketing and general query management

    5.             Strong reconciliation skills

    6.            End to End Processor experience

    7.             Self-Starter – Offshore delivery model

    8.            Quality and Audit Experience

     

    What We Need from You:

    Essential Skills:

    • Understanding of Processes relating to Payroll
    • Experienced in / exposure to BPO Supplier Management or similar Vendor Management
    • CIPP qualified (or equivalent) with significant UK payroll experience
    • Experience of Oracle eBusiness suite an advantage (v12.2.10)
    • Strong stakeholder management
    • Quality, Audit and Reconciliation experience
    • Diplomatic and discreet
    • Experience in day-to-day operations and transition projects would be advantage
