    A Lloyd’s market insurer seeks a Claims Adjuster with a proven track record in handling Property Binder claims and experience of managing people or mentoring. A good understand of Claims MI, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and ECF will be required. This role will be managing a portfolio of claims, mainly of a more complex nature, overseeing the work of the Claims Adjusters, setting and monitoring team members’ appraisals and objectives, and ensuring that all claims are handled cost effectively. Good interpersonal and communication skills will be required and you will have the ability to lead, develop and motivate a team. The company offer hybrid working and a good benefits package.
