    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A background as a technician: We are looking for individuals with hands-on experience in the automotive industry. Your technical expertise will be invaluable in this role.
    • Strong leadership skills: As an Auto-centre Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians. Excellent leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire others are essential.
