Construction Bid Manager



    We are currently recruiting for a Construction Bid Manager for one of our clients based in Central London.

    Position Overview:
    As a Construction Bid Manager, you will play a crucial role in the organisation by collaborating closely with the Pre-construction Director and Strategy Director. Your primary responsibilities will involve preparing PQQ and tender responses aligned with our company branding and objectives.

    – Prepare PQQ and tender responses, ensuring alignment with company branding and objectives- Monitor and manage resource capacity and allocation for PQQs/Tenders- Liaise and coordinate with the Estimating and Operations teams in the production of financial submissions, tender programs, and logistics plans to meet tender submission dates- Submit/Complete tenders on time- Regularly communicate with all departments to ensure understanding of policies and procedures is up to date – Assist with Marketing activities as and when required (web updates, brochures, leaflets etc)

    Key Deliverables:
    – Ensure 100% of tenders are submitted on time

    – 2-5 years of experience as a Bid Writer- Knowledge and experience in the Construction industry

    – A graduate degree in Humanities
