Customer Services Administrator
Our client is looking for someone to join their busy customer service team who is hardworking and reliable. You will be required to have good communication skills and be able to solve customer issues and provide resolutions to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Able to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
This position would suit someone wanting to start an Office role or someone who is looking to get into customer services.
- Authorising return of faulty goods.
- Responding to and resolving any calls or emails
- Handle customers complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Liaising with other departments within the business to assist customer queries.
- Processing credits to customers
- Daily/weekly reports
- Liaising with manufacturers
You will be working on site Monday to Friday working 9.00am – 5.00pm, 37.5 hours per week. This is a temp role initially and there is a possibility this role could become permanent. So it is a great opportunity for someone wanting to gain experience in an office and looking to find permanent work as their end goal.
