    Responsible for the professional management of a customer accounts portfolio. The Customer Service Representative extends and negotiates Worldwide Industrial Spares orders. You will be responsible for conducting proposal preparation, contract negotiation and contract administration.
    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Provide customers with after-sales support
    • Handle customers’ orders and enquiries and follow through to order fulfillment
    • Handle customers’ enquiries on spare parts
    • Prepare quotations and follow-up with customers on order status
    • Monitor orders and collaborate with Vendors, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics and Technical Departments to ensure timely delivery of spare parts to customers
    • Address customers’ concerns and improve customer satisfaction
    • Support other internal departments commercially/systemically with contract requirements to ensure business objectives are met
    • Generate reports as and when required
    • Any other tasks as delegated by the superiors
    What You Bring

    • Minimum Diploma in Technical or Business related field
    • Minimum 1 – 2 years working experience, preferably in similar position
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings will be advantageous
    • Attentive to details, well organized and customer service oriented
    • A team player who can multitask well to meet deadlines and requirements
    • Someone who can cope with stress well
    • Ability to exercise sound judgment at work and preserve confidentiality
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP applications
    • Sound knowledge of export and international trade will be advantageous
