    Join a busy decorating and building company as a Customer Support Representative.

    THE JOB:- This is a varied role split between 80% on-site and 20% at the site or head office. Most customers are based around London Bridge (SE1).- You’ll be attending many properties owned by housing associations. Because of this, you must be happy driving for large amounts of the day.- As the first point of contact, you’ll work with customers face-to-face, via phone, letter and email.- Preparing correspondence to cover issues such as access, delay in work, variation orders and resolving issues.- Dealing with residents’ complaints.- Arranging appointments for works and subcontractors.- Building good relationships with the residents.- Hours 8 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday (1hr for lunch).

    KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:- Driving licence.- Strong face-to-face customer service experience.- Good communicator, both oral and written.- Flexible to accommodate the needs of residents.- Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills.- Basic IT knowledge.

    SALARY & BENEFITS:- £24,000 – £30,000.- 21 days holiday + public holidays + birthday off.- Uniform, PPE, mobile phone, iPad.- Pension.

    A DBS check will be carried out and paid by the company.
