As a residential support worker, you will be part of a dedicated and skilled team that provides 24/7 care for our children in a safe and nurturing environment. You will be responsible for meeting the physical, emotional and social needs of the children, as well as supporting their education and health. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our Wilderness Experiences outdoor and adventurous activity programme, which uses the outdoors to inspire and engage our children and to push the limits of what they believe to be possible.

  • A genuine interest and commitment to working with children and young people
  • A positive and flexible attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • A relevant qualification in childcare or social care, or the willingness to work towards one
  • In return, we offer:

  • A competitive salary and benefits package, including a pension scheme, childcare vouchers, and a generous holiday entitlement
  • A comprehensive induction and training programme, with ongoing support and supervision
  • A rewarding and challenging career, with the opportunity to make a real difference to children’s lives
