We specialise in supporting children who are vulnerable and are in crisis, providing personalised, holistic care programmes which help them recover, grow, achieve and prepare for a positive future.
As a residential support worker, you will be part of a dedicated and skilled team that provides 24/7 care for our children in a safe and nurturing environment. You will be responsible for meeting the physical, emotional and social needs of the children, as well as supporting their education and health. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our Wilderness Experiences outdoor and adventurous activity programme, which uses the outdoors to inspire and engage our children and to push the limits of what they believe to be possible.
