    We are recruiting for Sales and Lettings Negotiators for our office in Ashington

    We are looking for driven individuals with a keen interest in property that know how to create a fantastic first impression for our valued customers. If you have the spirit and desire to deliver a 5- star service, together with the drive to pro-actively generate business we would love to hear from you!

    The Role

    This fast paced, exciting and ever evolving role involves:

    • Booking in Valuations
    • Working with buyers and sellers both in person and over the phone to agree sales
    • Acting as an ambassador of the brand and driving sales
    • Working with Landlords and tenants to negotiate rentals, promoting our fully managed service at all opportunities
    • Conducting property viewings
    • Working closely with our Auction teams
    • Gaining referrals for financial services

    The Person

    We are seeking an experienced estate agent, ideally with some area knowledge;

    • A good knowledge of the property market
    • An understanding of the property sale process
    • Well presented, confident and a skilled negotiator at all levels
    • Have high energy levels and the drive and determination to succeed
    • Be target driven and highly organised
    • Ability to adapt to clients’ needs and expectations
    • Good computer skills
    • Excellent communication skills delivering high levels of customer service

    While experience is preferred if you have good proven sales experience we would still like to hear from you. If you have a passion for property and people this could be the role for you. If you are target driven, have great communication skills, are highly organised with a drive to achieve targets this could be an exciting and rewarding career.

    Salary based on experience is basic salary plus competitive uncapped commission. As a member of our sales team you will be able to earn commission from selling and renting properties, booking in valuations as well as offering referrals for additional services.

    Full time hours – 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday) plus Saturday’s on rotation.

    Part time Hours – Negotiable (Morpeth only) – Salary displayed is pro rata for part time empoyees

    A full driving licence is essential for this role .
