    Facilities Management Officer – Bridgend – Temporary to Permanent

    Your new company

    Your new company is a well-established not-for-profit organisation based in the heart of Bridgend. The Organisation are looking for an individual to take on a full-time position as a Facilities Management Officer on a temporary basis which then has the potential to become permanent.

    Your new role

    Your new role will be a full-time and fully office-based position which will see you leading and ensuring the effective day-to-day operations and delivery of facilities management services in the workplace. You will be required to ensure safe and compliant spaces at all times. The role will require you to lead the day-to-day safety services, including but not limited to emergency fire evacuation, first aid and site security. You will also be expected to carry out administrative tasks, including tasks such as working with data, creating reports, carrying out inspections.

    What you’ll need to succeed

    The successful candidate will be a proactive individual who is driven to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard. To be successful, you will need to be capable of working in a fast-paced environment whilst demonstrating your ability to confidently make decisions, you will be experienced in a facilities management position and be confident in using a computer and IT systems.

    What you’ll get in return

    In return, you will receive a competitive premium rate of up to £17.50 per hour. You will be working on a temporary basis with a high potential for the placement to become permanent. The organisation also offers a great pension scheme and holiday allowance.
