    Zenith People are looking to recruit a German Speaking Sales associate to join their Clients organisation based in Newcastle upon Tyne. If you are fluent in German and English and looking for a career in Sales this role could be of interest to you.


    • Generate leads for our German speaking clients and market
    • Use varied techniques such as cold calling, emails and LinkedIn to generate sales opportunities
    • Represent our clients in a professional manner
    • Conduct research into target markets to understand prospective customer needs
    • Manage and maintain sales pipeline utilising relevant CRM systems
    • Qualify sales opportunities using our ‘selling at a higher level’ methodology
    • Set up meetings between clients and prospective customers
    • Liaise with clients in catch up calls and virtual meetings to provide updates and feedback on projects and target markets
    • Work towards weekly and monthly KPIs & targets


    • 6 months experience in a customer facing role i.e. retail or hospitality

    Or a degree in any subject

    • Fluent in both English & German
    • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Keen problem-solver
    • Hard working & passionate
    • Eager to learn

    The starting salary is £23,000p/a, rising to £24,000p/a after 6months, £26,000p/a after 12 months and £28,000p/a after 18 months if performance targets are hit. Opportunity to receive a quarterly bonus on top.

    Weekly working hours of 38.75 per week.
