They’re seeking a Head of Projects to oversee all technical aspects, ensuring timely and safe project delivery, compliance with standards, and driving innovation in product and control enhancements. This role entails managing project teams, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring services meet quality, cost, and timely targets.

    Responsibilities as Head of Projects:

    • Personal duties:
    • Provide technical support and training.
    • Analyse project performance and identify R&D opportunities.
    • Lead product/system development and troubleshoot on-site.
    • Manage Trend contracts and ensure compliance with legislative changes.
    • Foster BMS development and relationship with trend.
    • Implement improved workflows and conduct team meetings.
    • Operational Duties:
    • Enhance and develop current product range for market leadership.
    • Develop and mange technical training for all employees.
    • Identify and address technical training needs across business units.
    • Ensure timely delivery of audits and implement procedural changes.
    • Maintain market leadership in maintenance practices and technology.
    • Resolve technical issues promptly and act as liaison between teams.
    • Provide key performance data reporting metrics and implement new processes.
    • Leadership:
    • Contribute to new policy development.
    • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training.
    • Plan and deliver training aligned with company strategy.
    • Evaluate and enhance technical sales performance.
    • Ensure health and safety compliance.
    • Enforce system and policy compliance.
