    The Manager, Project Management Office
    (PMO) in the Americas Service Operations team will develop, implement, and lead
    the tools, process & procedures for the project execution teams. You will
    implement a variety of projects in field service, parts and repairs on varying
    equipment and diverse scopes from the project’s start to completion to ensure
    customer service and company goals are met. This is a daily dynamic and
    rewarding position!

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Implement PMO strategies, processes, and policies designed to minimize risks and achieve timely project deliverables in alignment with Project Execution @Siemens Energy standards (PE@SE).
    • Work closely with project managers to facilitate seamless communication between all collaborators involved in projects using the OnePM system at an enterprise level.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations as well as internal policies throughout project lifecycles.
    • Develop standard
      processes for project execution and management based on thorough analysis
      of current methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
    • Provide regular
      reports on project status to senior management highlighting progress
      against milestones, risks identified, mitigation strategies adopted, NCCs,
      CSMs, policy & procedure implementation, etc.
    • Manage resource
      allocation efficiently across projects considering skills requirements
      versus availability.
    • Facilitate
      cross-functional team meetings spanning order management, repair
      operations and field services aimed at reviewing progress updates from
      different departments involved in projects.
    • Oversee budget
      tracking mechanisms ensuring transparency over expenditure against
      allocated funds for each project phase.

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree
      in Engineering, Business Administration in related field or 10 years
      minimum of equivalent experience is required; those with more experience
      may be considered for a higher- level position.
    • A minimum of 4
      years of applicable experience with a concentration in reciprocating
      machinery or related rotating equipment is required.
    • 5 years minimum
      as a PMO or similar role specifically within industrial services space;
      deep understanding of project management function required.
    • Certification in
      Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2®, or equivalent is highly
      desirable.
    • Strong leadership
      abilities with excellent interpersonal skills capable of influencing key
      decisions among diverse groups effectively.
    • Exceptional
      organizational skills coupled with an analytical approach adept at
      problem-solving under pressure without compromising on quality standards
      or safety protocols unique to service operations.
    • Proficiency in
      using PM software tools like MS Project/Primavera alongside strong
      competence over standard office applications including Excel for
      financial/budgetary control purposes.
    • Strong industrial
      rotating equipment knowledge including compressors, steam and gas turbines
      and control systems preferred.
    • Applicants must
      be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for
      current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy
      employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal
      transfers.
