    You are responsible for identifying business opportunities, designing, developing, and commercializing solutions that will drive customer value and generate additional revenue streams for IPS

    How You’ll Make an Impact

      • You are responsible for leading workstreams and engagements, translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables, manage day-to-day problem-solving and team analytical activities, and serving as key liaisons between customers and internal stakeholders.
      • You will have end-to-end business responsibility for the assigned products from development to a successful market entry, creating a scalable and profitable business, going much beyond just shaping them at the concept level.
      • Work very closely with sales to understand the market/customer needs and develop solutions.
      • You will collaborate across departments to drive growth and value for our product, solution, and service business.

    What You Bring

      • ·         Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; MBA preferred.
      • ·         5 to 10 years of combined experience in – Aero Derivative Gas turbine / Oil & Gas
      • ·         Direct experience interacting with the end customer, along with a good understanding of the market.
      • ·         Experience managing business strategy projects in complex environments.
      • ·         Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors, and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
      • ·         Entrepreneur thinking and business-driven, with a clear understanding of how to shape profitable products and business with a customer-centric solid mindset.
      • ·         Develop business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, macroeconomic forecasting, and portfolio optimization.
      • ·         Manage and motivate workstreams and teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
      • ·         Develop, manage, and mentor junior team members at the Associate & Senior Associate levels.
      • ·         Proven networking and problem-solving skills, working in a cross-functional matrixed team.
      • ·         You have international experience working abroad and with different cultures and can communicate with global team members and customers.
      • ·         Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without needing current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

    Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
