    How You’ll
    Make an Impact

    • Actively searches for potential standardization
      and improvement opportunities in respective areas.
    • Demonstrates strong customer focus by handling
      requests in a timely manner with high quality standards.
    • Manages, develops, and coaches the functionally
      assigned team members for successful commodity management, contract management,
      supplier relationship management, strategy developments and implementation.
    • Defines Commodity structure and organization with
      the Heads of Strategic Procurement and respective stakeholder.
    • Develops a forward-looking commodity ecosystem
      strategy to create additional value based on specific business needs in close
      alignment with business and commodity circles.
    • Utilizes an enhanced Commodity Circle network
      to ensure the implementation of strategies.
    • Prepares, negotiates, awards and make available
      regional/local frame contracts & price lists for strategic suppliers in
      accordance with business and market requirements.
    • Owns the relationship with strategic suppliers
      to meet SE demands and requirements.
    • Provides competitive advantage for the entire
      range of SE businesses through early procurement / supplier involvement and
      cost-out activities.
    • Identifies procurement risks and opportunities
      to avoid potential damage and exploit opportunities.
    • Conducts supply/supplier market analysis,
      supplier scouting, and consider in the Ecosystem strategy.
    • Feedback supplier market information and
      knowledge to stakeholders in SE through the network
    • Ensures continuous improvement
      of Managed Spend in the respective area of responsibility.
    • Provides vision, strategy, and functional
      leadership to global cross-functional team and acts as a role model of
      ownership, innovation, and change/transformation based on SE’s values and

    What you

    • Minimum 6-8 years of work experience in the
      procurement Commodity Strategy area
    • Bachelor or MBA in Business, Supply Chain
      Management, Engineering, or related field
    • Strong commercial and technical knowledge of
      procurement and international contract law
    • Experience in advanced international
      negotiations and Strategic Sourcing
    • Capable of working in a multinational and
      multicultural teams
