    £25,000 – £35,000

    An award-winning law firm specialising in personal injury law is in search of a dedicated and experienced Serious/Catastrophic Injury Fee Earner or Paralegal to join their accomplished team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a senior solicitor on their high value/complex caseload.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Skillfully manage or assist on a caseload of serious/catastrophic injury files from inception to completion, ensuring the delivery of a high level of service to clients
    • Stay current with developments in personal injury law and employ legal research to construct compelling cases
    • Maintain consistent communication with clients, offering updates on case progress and addressing their concerns with empathy and professionalism
    • Assist in preparing and managing cases for litigation, including drafting legal documents, collaborating with experts, and attending court when required
    • Conduct negotiations with third parties, securing optimal outcomes for clients
    • Collaborate effectively with other team members, including solicitors, legal assistants, and support staff, to achieve departmental and firm-wide objectives.


    • (Qualifications not essential) – Qualified solicitor, legal executive, or experienced paralegal with a focus on serious/catastrophic injury law
    • Demonstrated experience in handling serious/catastrophic injury cases, with a proven record of successful outcomes
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at explaining complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner
    • Proven ability to negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with opposing parties
    • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage or assist on a busy caseload efficiently
    • Compassionate and empathetic approach when dealing with clients who have suffered serious injuries.
