    My client is seeking a highly motivated and pro-active individual to manage their growing IT service desk team. They are looking for someone who is able to both mentor and develop the team and get stuck in with IT technical issues when needed.


    – 2+ years experience managing a service desk – Strong technical skills including Windows 10/11 configuration and support and O365- Able to write technical and procedural documentation – Able to work in a fast paced environment


    – Application deployment experience
