Position: Site Manager – High End Residential
Salary: 40k – 50k
We are looking to recruit a well-rounded individual who is happy to work within a small business. We look to invest into our own people and offer flexibility and progression where we can. The types of projects we typically work on is 1-10m residential builds/refurb mainly stone built and barn conversions. However, we do also cover commercial properties as well.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our site operations. Your primary duties will include:
- Project Management:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate on-site teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to achieve project goals and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Safety Compliance:
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
- Quality Control:
Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in all construction and operational activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Budget Management:
Work closely with the project management team to develop and manage budgets, tracking expenses, and making adjustments as necessary.
- Client Communication:
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Problem Solving:
Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process, finding effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
