Bar Staff Required for The Understudy at the National Theatre!

Working Hours
YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU CANNOT COMMIT TO WEEKEND WORK. THIS ABILITY WILL BE CHECKED AT INTERVIEW.
Shift hours can vary from 11am til 2am depending on the role and area worked.
Part-Time and Full-Time shift work is available, paid weekly. Roles starting at £13.15 and up, depending on role and experience. Shifts will be available Monday – Sunday 11:00pm – 02:00am. You can work as many days as you like to suit your schedule.
Roles
We are looking to build an amazing team of consistent, creative and ambitious staff. The duties of the role are:
– Preparing and serving a fantastic range of bar products from draught beer to classic cocktails. Learning extensive knowledge of all products and being able to share this with guests.
– Maintaing a high standard of customer service and creating a memorable experience for all guests from visitors of the National Theatre to people walking the South Bank.
– Presenting a smart and clean space by keeping on top of all cleaning duties and making sure the floor is always presented to a top-class standard.
– Serving some of the best street food in London from our KERB@Understudy outlet.
– Ensuring you are kept up to date on all new and current HSE procedures.
Requirements
Some previous experience is desirable, not required; however, you must be:
· Over 18 due to the working hours and nature of the role
· Able to work Weekends and be available for these shifts
· Have at least 1 year experience in a hospitality role.
· Able to travel independently to venue. There are NO expenses for this.
· Able to remain calm during high-volume periods
· Able to bring a positive attitude to everything you do.
· Have excellent teamwork & problem-solving skills
· Driven and dependable approach to work
