    Situated in Cabot Circus, Klosterhaus is our first restaurant in Bristol, set within the beautiful Grade 1 listed Quakers Friars building. Guests can expect a dining room that celebrates the grand cafés of central Europe; a bar serving classic and modern cocktails (a design we think oozes glamour), plus an array of event spaces and outdoor terraces.

    We are looking for a passionate  Pastry Chef de Partie with an excellent attitude and an eye for detail to join our team

    As the Pastry Chef de Partie you will be responsible for:

    • ensuring that all aspects of the section are managed in an effective, efficient and productive manner 
    • oversee and adhere to all aspects of food safety and health and safety
    • working on a variety of sections
