    You will be working for a strategic outsourcing solutions company providing control and automation systems to worldwide machinery builders across multiple sectors. They are experiencing a lot of growth, so are now looking to appoint a goods in and dispatch supervisor to oversee this area and help manage and improve the overall efficiency of the operation. Your new role
    The Goods In Dispatch Leader is a key role responsible for overseeing a team of logistics workers, ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of the Goods In and Dispatch area. You will be responsible for parts from time of receipt until time of allocation to correct locations. You will also be responsible for the accurate and prompt issue of parts to customers and for the control of stock located in bulk, FG and container locations. The Goods in Dispatch Leader will drive continuous improvements within the area through the SQCDP measures, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.What you’ll need to succeed
    To be successful in this role, you will need to be a detail-oriented professional with robust leadership skills and an in-depth understanding of logistics processes. You will need to have a hands-on approach to your work and be able to think outside the box, challenging processes and managing KPI’s to improve on efficiency. A Reach truck or Counterbalance licence is also desirable for this position. What you’ll get in return
    In this role you will receive a permanent contract alongside an annual salary of £28-£30k. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (And an additional day to celebrate your birthday). You will also receive a 5% matched pension as well as a health benefits scheme. The working pattern will be 07:15am to 16:45pm Mon-Thurs and 07:45am to 11:45pm on a Friday. What you need to do now
