Graphnet Health, a leading British supplier of shared care records and population health solutions, has announced the launch of a nationwide graduate programme to provide up-and-coming talent with world-class learning and career development opportunities. The Graphnet Graduate Programme, which has been developed with graduate recruitment specialists, Sanctuary, is focused on nurturing the health tech leaders of tomorrow.

With experts from Graphnet training and supporting young talent, the Graphnet Graduate Programme provides on-the-job, project based training over a period of 24 months. The journey begins with an enhanced onboarding where graduates receive an introduction to the company and the industry. They will then go on to work within their chosen department, which involves rotations across different teams to develop a range of skills, experience and to establish a future career path with Graphnet.

A number of opportunities are available, including in the fields of software engineering, product development, population health analytics, IT support, corporate functions, and more. If a graduate is unsure about where they would like to kick off their career, they are encouraged to submit a generic application. Graphnet will work with successful applicants to help them find their place within the business.

Graphnet enjoys a reputation as a great place to work. The business has been awarded ‘outstanding’ accreditation from Best Companies for workplace engagement, and in 2021 was voted one of the UK’s best employers. Benefits include a generous salary, private healthcare, and an employee assistance programme to support staff, birthday bonus days off, pension, good holiday allowance, and discounted gym memberships.

Graphnet Chief Executive, Brian Waters said:

“Nurturing up and coming talent has always been very important to us, and we have been hugely impressed by some of the graduates that have come through over the past few years. Many have gone on to forge really successful careers with the company. They have made great contributions to the important work that we do across care communities, using health and social care data to improve the lives of millions of people.

“The aim for the Graphnet Graduate Programme is for it to be a fantastic, structured launchpad for talented individuals from different backgrounds. We’re very much looking forward to welcoming this year’s cohort of graduates to the company and working with them as they begin their Graphnet journey.”

The first cohort of 12 graduates will start in September 2022. Applications are currently open. To apply, visit employers.sanctuarygraduates.co.uk/graphnethealth, or email students@sanctuarygraduates.co.uk with any enquiries.
