It is not often one can say they have been blown away by a performance, yet the talent on show at TINA – THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL  [produced in association with the late Tina Turner herself] is beyond phenomenal. As a backstory for those unfamiliar with the legendary Rock performer. Tina Turner was one of the worlds best selling artists of all time. Rising to fame in the 1960s; partnering with her then-husband Ike Turner, achieving great acclaim for their live performances and catalogue of hits. Turner, herself, went onto enjoy an international solo career with her 1984 album Private Dancer, earning her widespread recognition and numerous awards including 3 Grammys. However, underneath this is a story of domestic abuse, which is told so beautifully, that you can’t help but be captured by the cast performances. Then there is the music, which is simply stunning and breathtakingly good!

We had the pleasure of watching Karis Anderson take the lead performance [simply outstanding], [a role shared with Elesha Paul Moses].
