Study Inn Group, the luxury hotel-style student accommodation owner, developer and operator, are set to open in Exeter in September 2021.
The £25million development is located on the site of the former BBC studios in Walnut Gardens, St David’s Hill in the heart of the city. The property will provide 167 rooms in a mix of well-designed studios and shared serviced apartment bedrooms and is a 15-minute walk to the University of Exeter.
The Study Inn platforms’ latest generation of properties re-affirms the Group’s deep-rooted focus on resident wellbeing and life experience. Facilities include 24×7 on site management; room cleaning and linen services; wellness spa; sauna; steam room; hot beds; gym; yoga studio; games room; lounge; meeting space; and cinema. Whilst the landscaping scheme incorporates its own private gardens, providing secure outdoor green space.
